North Miami Beach’s Multi-Cultural Committee will host its sixth Magical History Tour, which gives citizens a great opportunity to learn more about the city they live in.

The free tour will take place on Sunday, April 8, from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. and use North Miami Beach’s trolley to depart from and return to the North Miami Beach Public Library at 1601 NE 164th St.

The tour will visit different historic locations in the city, where citizens will be able to hop on and off the trolley to more closely examine the city’s historic places and artifacts, according to North Miami Beach Commissioner Barbara Kramer.

Kramer and local historian and archivist Alan Sokol will conduct the tour.

“This is a great opportunity for people to learn about North Miami Beach,” Kramer said. “There’s a lot of history in this city that people don’t really know about.”
