Miami Beach painter shares his gifts with special needs kids [Video]

A Miami Beach artist is giving new meaning to Painting with a Twist.

Jose Salaicesart works at the instructional art venue. He said he looks beyond the wine and music and invites people of all ages, including those with special needs, to identify with art and express their true feelings.
